Daily care

The right to daily care is a right from the field of social protection. The conditions for exercising this right are prescribed by the Law on Social Protection of the Republic of Srpska and the Rulebook on the Exercise of the Right to Daily Care.
The decision on exercising the right to daily care is made by the competent center for social work. Based on the adopted Decision, users have the option of daily care at the USZ Center for Specialist Social Services "For Mother and Child".
By exercising this right in the USZ Center for Specialist Social Services "For Mother and Child", they receive the necessary specialist social services in accordance with their individual potential and difficulties. Each child has his own individual work plan, which parents/guardians are familiar with.
The report on the work with the child is delivered by the expert team on a monthly basis. The USZ of the Center for Specialist Social Services "For Mother and Child" is sent to the competent center for social work, which approved the user's right to daily care by the Decision.
